As we are selling fashion products and fashion trends are changing extremely fast, all unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the receipt, the Return/Exchange form you get from us via email, for up to 14 days for a refund, or an exchange from the date of purchase, along with the completed Return/Exchange form you got from us. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges/handling fees are non-refundable. We are not accepting any Item(s) received unwrapped, or without the original box! Customers are responsible for the return shipping, so we suggest you use a tracking number. The return policy does not apply to jewellery and on sale items!

Send clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.

Any refunds, if issued, will be made within ten (10) business days after receipt of the package.
